Update Button Blurred out on Supervisor Cluster Upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Issue can occur for two reasons: 

1. The supervisor cluster is on the highest version; therefore, it is unable to perform another upgrade.
2. Trying to jump between versions or skip immediate version 

Environment

TKGS Supervisor Cluster

Resolution

Please check the version of the Supervisor Cluster to see if it is on the highest version. Validate the version with the compatibility guide for VKS and do not skip the versions for updates.
