Issue/Introduction

Can I use the same email address to login into more than one CASB tenant at a time?

Resolution

Symantec is in process of enabling multi tenant switching.  The SysAdmin must have an email domain equivalent to the primary or secondary domain in CASB.  Create the user as a SuperAdmin for CASB within the Enterprise Security Console

Additional Information

Previous architecture for CASB required a unique email address for any CASB tenant and any duplicate email address would have to be inactive in CASB,
