Issue/Introduction

Post 3.2 upgrade all the cluster vsphere-csi addon status show up as red due to TCA 3.2's support for multi-TKG feature. This issue is cosmetic and does not impact cluster's functionality.

Cause

In TCA 3.0 release, we do not support multi-TKG feature, so this issue can only be seen for non-upgraded cluster, and we documented “upgrade cluster” as a workaround  (Upgrade cluster is necessary in 3.0 release).

However, in TCA 3.2 release, we support multi-TKG and decide to support TKG211 which is lower than the TCA 3.0 backend TKG version. The feature change exposes the known issue again.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in TCA 3.3.
