24.x - COMBINED_ACTIVITIES_LIMIT not reflecting in non-zero Clients

Issue/Introduction
Values GENERIC_ACTIVITIES_LIMIT/COMBINED_ACTIVITIES_LIMIT in UC_SYTEM_SETTINGS are not considered if the set values are above 500.
Upon testing with both values set to 5000. AWI shows the following on the process monitoring page:
"Only 500 entries displayed due to restrictions in UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS."
