When multiple approver groups are related to an Endevor inventory group; how does the approver process work?

 

Cause

 

 

Resolution

If the quorum is set to zero the package is automatically approved.

If the quorum is set to 1+ in both groups then approvers from each approver group will have to approve the package.

If the quorum is set to 1+ in only one group then once approvers from that group have approved the package; it is approved.
