Issue/Introduction

If you recently upgraded your Network Flow Analysis to 24.3.10, you may run into an issue where the data stops processing immediately after:

"Max Buffer Used Percent" in the harvester-wrapper.log is showing over 90%, deleting .NTA files do not help.

These symptoms may also be accompanied by high memory usage by one of the java.exe processes.

Environment

Network Flow Analysis 24.3.10

Cause

This is due to a bug in our Harvester code that was introduced in Network Flow Analysis 24.3.10.

Resolution

This is resolved for the Dx NetOps: Network Flow Analysis 24.3.11. For customers running NFA 24.3.10, please see the below patch NFA_24.3.10_PTF_001.  This patch will need to be applied to all Harvesters.

Download the attached NFA_24.3.10_PTF_001.zip file and see the included file NFA_24.3.10_PTF_001_README.txt for instructions.
