NFA 24.3.10 not processing data after upgrade or install

Issue/Introduction

If you recently upgraded your Network Flow Analysis to 24.3.10, you may run into an issue where the data stops processing immediately after:

"Max Buffer Used Percent" in the harvester-wrapper.log is showing over 90%, deleting .NTA files do not help.

Cause

This is due to a bug in our Harvester code that was introduced in Network Flow Analysis 24.3.10.

Resolution

This is resolved for the Dx NetOps: Network Flow Analysis 24.3.11. For customers running NFA 24.3.10, please see the below patch. The patch will need to be applied to all 24.3.10 NFA Harvester Servers.
