Issue/Introduction

Customer cannot see existing licensing for CASB.  New entitlement are findable which adds to the confusion.

Resolution

Verify in Forza that existing license cannot be found.  Create a SECP ticket where the SECP team will check with the CASB PM to verify and approve.

Additional Information

This would be rare, but could happen if the product team did not get the tenant mapped. This will not happen with new tenants.
