Issue/Introduction

Seeing the alarms being generated for the alerts, but the alarms are not being captured by the policy filter.

Resolution

A special HF was deployed for customer tenant that fixed the missing field (channel name) in customer's policy and policy filter . To date, no other customers had this issue.
