Issue/Introduction
Execution Server service is running, but shows unreachable on automation studio and activemq log shows following error messages :
[LevelDB IOException handler.] ERROR (org.apache.activemq.store.leveldb.LevelDBPersistenceAdapter:96) - Could not stop service: LevelDB[C:\Program Files\CA\ReleaseAutomationServer\activemq-data\nes\LevelDB]. Reason: org.iq80.leveldb.impl.DbImpl$BackgroundProcessingException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not open table 46 org.iq80.leveldb.impl.DbImpl$BackgroundProcessingException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not open table 46 at org.iq80.leveldb.impl.DbImpl.checkBackgroundException(DbImpl.java:411) at org.iq80.leveldb.impl.DbImpl.writeInternal(DbImpl.java:664) at org.iq80.leveldb.impl.DbImpl.put(DbImpl.java:630) at org.apache.activemq.leveldb.LevelDBClient$RichDB.put(LevelDBClient.scala:224)
Environment
Release Automation 5.5.2
Resolution
Please perform the following steps on Execution Server :
Login to Server
Stop services in the below sequence
"Nolio Release Automation Server Watchdog"
"Nolio Release Automation Server"
Delete files underneath \Program Files\CA\ReleaseAutomationServer\persistency and DONT DELETE "persistency" folder.
Rename the folder \Program Files\CA\ReleaseAutomationServer\files_cache" to \Program Files\CA\ReleaseAutomationServer\files_cache_old"
Rename the folder \Program Files\CA\LISAReleaseAutomationServer\activemq-data\nes\LevelDB to \Program Files\CA\LISAReleaseAutomationServer\activemq-data\nes\LevelDB_old
