Issue/Introduction

If a Rally Subscription Admin turns off the API Keys Enabled flag in subscription settings, does that disable existing API keys or just prevent the creation of new ones?

Resolution

  • This only affects API Key creation. It does not delete or disable currently active API Keys.
  • Existing keys will not work and will return a 401 error message.
  • Subscription Administrators can delete users API Keys.
  • Using the two steps above will lock out all API Key use.
