Clarity PPM On Premise Clarity PPM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

  • 'Load Data Warehouse' with the 'Full Load' flag set to True, works fine
  • The same job with 'Full Load' flag set to False, throws the following error message, in the bg-dwh.log:
    0001/01/01 20:00:00 - Refresh Matl View - ERROR: cannot refresh materialized view "dwh_fin_plan_virtual_mv" concurrently

Environment

Clarity 16.3.1, 16.3.2.

Cause

Missing Indexes:

  • DWH_FIN_PLAN_VIRTUAL_MV_U1
  • DWH_FIN_PLAN_VIRTUAL_MV_N1

Resolution

The indexes should be recreated correctly.
