Issue/Introduction

Smarts is using MIB threshold values of a vendors device instead of the threshold values set in the Environment settings.

Cause

The thresholds set in Thresholds --> System Resource Groups --> <respective group> --> Environment is not honored as UseMIBThresholds is set to true. PFB screenshot for reference:

Resolution

You can set your own threshold value, and disable the MIB value of a vendors device by setting UseMIBThresholds to false in Thresholds --> System Resource Groups --> <respective group> --> Environment followed by reconfigure.
