Issue/Introduction

Post upgrade to CA Servicedesk Manager 17.4 Roll-up 04,  REST webservices are not available on Application server.
CATALINA_BASE_REST webservices folder structure is missing from NX_root\bopcfg\www. 

Environment

Release: CA Servicedesk Manager 17.4.4.

Resolution

Steps to rebuild: 

Step1: Login to application->administration tab->server->configuration. 
Step2: Configure REST webservices by defining the correct application server name. 

Step3: Re-Run pdm_configure on the application server. 
(Note: select appropriate configuration name)
