SYSVIEW cannot monitor JVMCPU

Issue/Introduction

 The JVMCPU usage cannot be seen under SYSVIEW.

Environment

SYSVIEW 17.0 - z/OS supported releases. 

Resolution

The JVM option named EnableCPUMonitor must be enabled. 

To enable the EnableCPUMonitor option, -XX:+EnableCPUMonitor must be coded in the jvmprofile file.
