Staff OBS Unit sorting not working as expected

Issue/Introduction

Staff OBS unit is sorting based on the last leaf node and not from the parent node

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to MUX
2. Click on any investments (Project/Idea)
3. Navigate to Staff tab 
4. Configure Staff OBS Unit in the grid page
5. Sort the Staff OBS Unit column 
Expected: The Staff OBS unit column is sorted from the parent node to the leaf node. 
Actual: The Staff OBS Unit is sorted at the last leaf node.
