Issue/Introduction

Scheduler drops the dependency information/description on Java buildpack after 2.0.6 of the product.

The Java buildpack product does not contain upgrade information so the upgrade planner will fail anytime you ask it to plan an "upgrade" of the buildpack.

Cause

Scheduler drops the dependency information/description on Java buildpack after 2.0.6 of the product.

Resolution

The workaround is to pick a version of the Java buildpack and do not attempt to upgrade it in the plan - it is ok if you actually upgrade the buildpack in your execution of the upgrade.
