Can log into management website, but not console as root user in Aria Automation Orchestrator Appliance

Issue/Introduction

Logging into the control center (management website) with root works, but the same account and password gives "Access Denied" when logging in via SSH or Console.

Environment

Aria Automation Orchestrator 8.18.0 and lower 
Note: This is not an issue in 8.18.1 as the control center has been removed.

Cause

The root account on the appliance has been updated, but the Control Center did not sync, so it is still using the previous password.

Resolution

If the root account for the appliance is not known:

2. The Control Center and Appliance passwords can be synced by running vracli vro sync-cc-password as per: https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/387764 

If the current root account is known:

1. The Control Center root password can be synced to match with the appliance root password by running vracli vro sync-cc-password as per: https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/387764
