Issue/Introduction
Enabling autoscaling for an application in Apps Manager fails with an error "Your token is invalid or the autoscaled application does not exist."
Cause
This can be caused if the user does not have enough permissions, such as a SpaceSupporter
Resolution
Enable the autoscaler from an account with SpaceDeveloper permissions
