ConnectAll is displaying "Unable to connect DOORS Index 1 out of bounds for length 1" error when setting up a connection

Issue/Introduction

ConnectAll is displaying "Unable to connect DOORS Index 1 out of bounds for length 1" error when setting up a connection.

The logs displayed this error: 

/dwa/welcome/change_password.jsp?pw_error=1

and

/dwa/welcome/welcome.jsp?login_error=1 

 

Cause

The DOORS user for ConnectALL became disabled.

This could also be caused by the browser autofilling the Sync User password in the Entity Mapping tab with an old password.

Resolution

• Re-enable/Unlock the Doors user
• Login to Doors and reset the Doors user password that was unlocked in step 1
• In the ConnectAll connection for Doors change the password
• If the Automation associated with Doors does not run
  • Open the Automation and navigate to the "Entity Mapping" tab
  • In the Sync User field Change the password for Doors section and/or clear out any auto-filled usernames/passwords.
