Unable to configure Single Site - Multi Region after upgrade to OSE 3.0

Issue/Introduction

• Unable to open the Object Storage Plugin and receives an access denied message saying the Default Region is not enabled
• Issue after upgrading from VMware Object Storage Extension v2.2.2 to version 3.0
• The Cloud Director Plugin for Object Storage has to be installed from one of the VOSE Appliances but this setting only allows for one single "OSE Public URL" to be configured

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.5.1.1

VMware OSE 3.0.x

VMware OSE 3.1.x

Cause

This is a Known Issue in OSE 3.0.x releases and is being evaluated for fix in a future release.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in later version of OSE.
