Uninstall NSX from a cluster fails with error "Failed to remove NSX on the cluster: INVALID_ARGUMENT: Invalid group association ID type."

Issue/Introduction

When you uninstall NSX from a cluster using the NSX UI, the process immediately fails with the following error:
"Failed to remove NSX on the cluster: INVALID_ARGUMENT: Invalid group association ID type." 

The version of NSX in use is NSX-T 3.2.0.1. You have security-only installed on the NSX-enabled cluster.

Environment

VMware NSX-T 3.2.x
VMware ESXi 7.0.x

Cause

The root cause of this issue is unknown at this time.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, upgrade to NSX-T 3.2.4.1 or newer and then attempt the uninstallation of NSX from a cluster.
