Operation Manage plugin loading failed in VMware Cloud Director (vCD)

Issue/Introduction

When accessing the Aria Operations plugin, the following error appears:

"The webpage at https://<URL> might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

Missing the Aria Operations certificate in VMware Cloud Director.

Resolution

Please import the Aria Operations into VMware Cloud Director.
