can not configure REST host using a proxy server with authentication

Issue/Introduction

Using the workflow "Add a REST host' does not allow to configure a proxy server with authentication if the REST host address is set with https.

Environment

Aria Automation Orchestrator 8.x

VCF Operations Orchestrator 9.x

Cause

Using a proxy server with authentication is currently not supported when the REST host is configured with https protocol.

Resolution

To be able to configure a Proxy with authentication the REST host address has to be configured with http.
