Issue/Introduction
This document describes the steps to enable the Track and Trace option for a user in Email Security.Cloud portal
Resolution
To enable the Track and Trace option for a user :
- Navigate to Dashboard > Administration > User Management in the Email Security.cloud portal.
- Add the new user, or locate an existing user.
- Assign the Email Track and Trace custom role to the user.
