Issue/Introduction

Installed the PTF LU15432 ("(E) REST API LIMIT PARAMETER - LIMIT EXCESSIVE ELM/PKG QUERY") and followed the Post Apply Hold which indicated needed to run ACTION=UPDATE.
Also updated the VS Code, Explorer for Endevor to 1.11.1 and set a low limit, (Endevor: Element List Limit = 30) to test.
However it doesn't seem to work and still seeing many more results than the limit of 30 returned.

Resolution

For PTF LU15432 Explorer for Endevor 1.11.1 currently can't use this list element limit to create a smaller Endevor Inventory Location and that will only be available in version 2.0.

Here is an alternative option.
If the text search is enabled in the backend Endevor, and both LU09555 and LU10870 are applied, you can set the Element List Limit in Explorer for Endevor v1.11.1 to improve the speed of element text-based filtering (this limit setting only applies to Element text search).

Per VS Studio Marketplace Explorer for Endevor page, under "Getting Started > (Optional) Customize Extension Settings" it states:
*****
Endevor: Element List Limit. The option enables you to set a maximum number of elements that are filtered in the Endevor Elements view when you use the Element Text filter. This option improves the speed of Element text-based filtering and saves your mainframe resources. The default number of searched elements is 10000. To enable the unlimited filtering, set the value to 0.
