Why is OCI showing a suddenly large costs for a particular day?
Resolution
These excess costs may be seen in the "Other" line in the Cost History report and may be specified as "Commitment Expiration" in the drilldown.
This occurs when purchasing Universal Credits for a contractual term (typically 12 months) and they expire.
