Issue/Introduction

Whenever running a 'Discovery Devices' from within the Site Recovery UI, the following SRA specific error is thrown:

A general system error occurred: N2Dr3Xml20XmlValidateExceptionE element 'Identity' is not allowed for content model '(((Eui64,Nguid)|Wwn|NfsName|Lun+|Eui64|Nguid|Uuid))' (87)

Cause

This error indicates that there is a special character or value associated with an Array Based replicated LUN
