Issue/Introduction

Issue:

Trying to login to CA CSM from Internet Explorer (IE) and after loading it fails with MMU1003E Browser exception. The usual attempts to resolve this such as using compatibility mode and changing the documentation mode in PF12/Tools does not help. Also while loading if a refresh (PF5) is done it allows you to login successfully.

Environment:

IE, Tomcat Apache, OMVS

Resolution:

Go into Favorites and delete the bookmarks and then add them back in.
