Issue/Introduction

Cannot add a Global Collection to a Spectrum Ruleset unless the MLS is part of the GC:

 

Environment

Spectrum 23.3.x, 24.3.x

Cause

• This is working as designed

Resolution

If you do not want any MLS Models to be returned within the Global Collection in question do the following:

1. Add the MLS to the Global Collection so it can be applied to the ruleset.
2. Add Model Handle Greater than 0x2000000 (where MLS has a Model Handle of 0x1000000) which will exclude any models on the MLS from being added to the GC.
