Symantec Endpoint Protection cannot open because some Symantec services are stopped

Issue/Introduction

After install of SEP client, you see an error when opening the client, and client won't launch

Environment

SEP 14.3.x

Cause

There was some corruption during the install or upgrade of the client and some services will not stay running

Resolution

Uninstall the client and install a new client running at the same version as your SEPM
