ConnectALL UI login error - "Your login attempt was not successful. Reason: Database error."

Issue/Introduction

When attempting the login from UI, ConnectALL throws error below after you click login with username and password entered.

Cause

The error is because of the plain text password stored in the database for said user. As ConnectALL could not decrypt the password, it throws error "Your login attempt was not successful. Reason: Database error."

Resolution

Set correct encrypted password in database for UI login for said user. Reach out to support for assistance/more details.
