After certificate rotation of Harbor configurable certificate the apply change fails

Issue/Introduction

After rotation of the harbor APi certificate and we are unable to start the habor - services after apply changes.

We generate and use custom certificate

Environment

TKGi 1.2x

With Harbor 

Cause

Certificate generated did not contain required elements and did not match the FQDN from harbor Tile

Resolution

Regenerate certificate with SAN name and correct CN name to match the FQDN configured on the tile
