Encryption Management 1.2.1 displays warning: "Some of your add-on ISOs are missing..."

Issue/Introduction

After installation of VMware Cloud Director (VCD) Encryption Management (BYOK) 1.2.1 the solution Add-On Management UI prompts the message on the General tab of the Encryption Management solution.

"Some of your add-on ISOs are missing. This does not affect the work of instances that you already deployed. To create new instances and to perform day-2 operations on the currently deployed instances, reupload the missing ISOs." 

Environment

• VMware Cloud Director Encryption Management 1.2.1
• VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1.1

Cause

This issue occurs because BYOK 1.2.1 is no longer part of the appliance structure. This warning can be ignored, as the functionality of BYOK is not affected.

Resolution

This warning message can be safely ignored. No action is required from the user. The BYOK 1.2.1 installation is complete and fully functional.
