Tasks Missing in Timesheet When Saving Project Template With a New Name in OWB

Issue/Introduction

When opening a project template in Open Workbench (OWB) and saving it back to Clarity with a different name, resources are unable to find the new project and tasks when submitting a timesheet.

Environment

Any Clarity supported release.

Cause

Saving a project template with a new name creates a copy of the project, which is also a template.

Tasks that belong to a project template can't be submitted in a timesheet.

Resolution

Instead of saving the project with a new name (copy), create a new project using the "New from Template" functionality in Clarity, then edit the project in OWB.
