Issue/Introduction

Whenever I add an entry in AWI > Administration > Agents >  Select/Open Agent  > Attributes > Trusted IPs, the setting partly or completely vanishes as soon as I press the Save button. The field stays empty if I reopen the settings.

Sometimes the settings or parts of them are saved, but later changes are usually ignored.

Resolution

Workaround:

  • Add/remove an IP address to Trusted IPs
  • Hit the <TAB> on your keyboard
  • Make a change in the Phrase and revert it
    (e.g. remove a character from the string and add it again)
  • Save

The modification of the IP address now sticks

Solution:

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

Additional Information

Desc: A problem was resolved on saving Trusted IP on agent: Trusted IPs could not be saved. Instead of saving new values, input fields got reset without saving new value.
