Getting a S0C4 abend installing CA Librarian on z/OS 2.2 attempting to use SUBSYS=LAM on an IEBGENER step

Issue/Introduction

 

Installing z/OS 2.2 and receive the following S0C4 error attempting to use SUBSYS=LAM on an IEBGENER step:

IEF197I SYSTEM ERROR DURING ALLOCATION ABEND0C4-00011 

This is working fine on z/OS 1.13 system.
