Issue/Introduction

 Installing z/OS 2.2 and receive the following S0C4 error attempting to use SUBSYS=LAM on an IEBGENER step:

IEF197I SYSTEM ERROR DURING ALLOCATION ABEND0C4-00011 

This is working fine on z/OS 1.13 system.

Cause

Release: 4.4 

IBM Z/os 2.2 

Resolution

Need to apply the z/OS 2.2 compatibility fix - RO88048
