Issue/Introduction

• Server Logs include messages similar to:

  (112233 ReportABList Thread 1)      Statement returned error [517]: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Adding a value to a 'datetime' column caused an overflow.
   Statement: SET NOCOUNT ON;{CALL dbo.GetOrCreateAntibodyInstanceGroup (?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)}

• Increased Backlog
• In some instances an increase in I/O is also observed.

Environment

• App Control Server: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft SQL Server: All Supported Versions

Cause

The Stored Procedure for GetOrCreateAntibodyInstance has a flaw in the logic when writing the timestamp.

Resolution

Open a case with Support and request the TimeTOffsetToDate.sql hotfix from EA-13299.

Additional Information

This issue was tracked under EPCB-23644 and will be resolved with the release of Server 8.11.2.
