Unable to connect to WebSphere systems that are set to communicate only with TLS 1.3.

Environment

• 20.4, 23.4
• websphere 1.86

Resolution

• Deactivate existing probe
• Deploy websphere-1.86-20250626.081721-12.zip build on top of it.
• Create the profile and pick the specific TLS Version
