SOI Spectrum Connector stops get CIs and Alarms from Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

SOI Spectrum Connector connects to SpectroSERVER but does not get CIs and Alarms after upgraded Spectrum to 24.3.5 version 

Environment

Spectrum: Any version

Cause

The account used for the SOI Spectrum connector has an incorrect Security String and Legacy SNMP Community String values.

In the \CA\SOI\jsw\logs\SAM-IntegrationServices_wrapper.log file:

INFO   | jvm 1    | 2025/06/04 11:55:14 |  INFO | NOT Adding model, SecurityString read failed, modelId=50111e
INFO   | jvm 1    | 2025/06/04 11:55:14 |  INFO | ValidatesecurityString failed, modelId=50111e

Resolution

Changed the values to ADMIN and restarted the SOI Spectrum connector service.
