AWS daily filtered saved reports are starting a day later than expected

Issue/Introduction

For example, a cost history report filtered to the previous Sunday to the following Saturday used to be run on that Tuesday to include the desired filtered days:


After moving to Scalable Cost History (SCH), more data is available to the customer. This means if the report is run on a Tuesday it will move the daily filter up by one day to a daily filter of Monday to Sunday when the original desired outcome was Sunday to Saturday:

Resolution

Now that more data is available to the customer, the saved report may need to be run a day earlier to get the desired filtered days.
