Navigation stops immediately at step 1 going into timeout

Issue/Introduction

The Webdriver script never gets past the login in step 1. 

Resolution

For the original monitor, this setting is enabled:

 

Go under Advanced for the monitor . Scroll down until you see Integration with the browser Agent. Uncheck , save . Then enable and test test script. 

This setting is the (DXO2) AXA browser integration "helper". For when the browser agent is deployed on the page (it is a Javascript file that monitor real users).

 

By checking this box, the webdriver would 1) let the agent know that we're not a real user but a synthetic check instead 2) wait for the browser agent javascript to send that information home before proceeding.

The problem is that there is no real check for the browser agent javascript to be present on the page, so bullet 2) just makes all the check time out waiting for something that's not present. This is going to be improved and then it won't be of any issue, even accidentally checking the box. Or - you'll get a meaningful error message, "Check timed out because you configured the browser agent integration but it's not present on the page",
