How to enable ping.jsp on Virtual appliance which is disabled by default?

Issue/Introduction

Unlike logging.jsp, the ping.jsp is disabled by default in a Virtual Appliance. How do I enable it?

Environment

Identity Manager on Virtual Appliance - 14.5.1 CHF1

Resolution

Since this is a Virtual Appliance, a patch is required to activate the default ping.jsp. Please open a support case, request patch "HF_IMS-14.5.1-20250619150552-DE639176.tgz.gpg" and we will provide the patch along with the necessary instructions.

Kindly note that you must be on the latest release to be eligible for this patch.
