Issue/Introduction

It's found that the alarm of "Datastore usage on disk based on available capacity" didn't trigger with datastore size less than 10240 GB.

Environment

VMware vCenter 8.0

Cause

This is a limit for this vCenter alarm.

For the alarm condition "Datastore usage on disk based on available capacity" ,the datastore capacity should be more than 10 TB.

Resolution

It's suggest to enable the alarm "Datastore usage on disk based on available capacity" only on the datastore capacity more than 10 TB.
