Collapsing Filter in Roadmap Timelines compresses the page

Issue/Introduction

Expanding Filter in Roadmap Timeline and then hiding the filter collapses the page view. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to Roadmaps
2. Click on Roadmap Timeline
3. Make sure there are few Roadmap Items created and a swimlane set
4. Expand the Filter 
5. Click on Filter groups and Add a few filters (does need any value in the filter)
6. Now Hide the filter 
Expected: The window size showing the Roadmap items goes back to the original when the filter was hidden until Step 3
Actual: The window size showing Roadmap item is collapsed.
