Issue/Introduction

Problem:
Receiving a message DBG55092E when trying to connect to a DB2 from a 
data collector on a remote system on another LPAR when currently logged on
to a Local Data collector

Cause

Cause:
Usually this problem is caused by lack of a RAF connection to the
Remote Data collector

Resolution

Activate the RAF connection by Changing the parm RAF=NO to RAF=YES in the Data collectors and restarting them.
This will activate the Remote Access Facility (RAF).
