Issue/Introduction

When upgrading CICS TS 5.5 to TS 6.2 Intertest CICS initialization fails at CICS startup time with the following error messages:  

Intertest enable of global user exit XPCFTCH has failed EIBRCODE= X'808000'

Intertest enable of global user exit XPCTA has failed EIBRCODE= X'808000'

Intertest enable of global user exit XDEREQ has failed EIBRCODE= X'808000'

Intertest enable of global user exit XMEOUT has failed EIBRCODE= X'808000'

Intertest enable of global user exit XLDOAD has failed EIBRCODE= X'808000'

Cause

The Intertest CICS TS 6.2 Compatibility fixes were not applied.

Resolution

Apply the Intertest CICS TS 6.2 Compatibility fixes, which can be download from the Broadcom support web site.
