Displaying unexpected characters when typing in VSI Match Script editor

Issue/Introduction

Unable to write or edit any code in VSI-->Match Script  in Workstation. Unexpected characters appear when typing/editing a script in Workstation as in the below screenshot.

 

Environment

DevTest 10.8.1

Resolution

Setting the below properties in DevTest_Home/bin/Workstation.vmoptions file and restarting Workstation should resolve the issue.

-Dswing.useSystemFontSettings=false

-Dsun.java2d.dpiaware=false
