S0C4 Abend using IDCAMS REPRO

Issue/Introduction

When running an IDCAMS function REPRO, the job received a S0C4 abend. No other messages were given.

Resolution

During a review by IBM, this S0C4 was caused by insufficient space in the "to" or "target" file. The source file was using about 40 tracks, and the JCL for the target file showed: SPACE=(TRK,30)

We recommend reviewing the space requirements for this step to ensure that the primary is large enough to contain the data, or to add a secondary allocation amount (and optionally the RLSE parameter) to ensure the REPRO function can complete.
