Issue/Introduction
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a Unidirectional automation between two Rally Projects.
- Sync some records and try to fail a record by deleting from SOURCE.
- Attempt to sync the deleted record to produce the error(this can be done when the automation trigger and deletion time matches)
Actual Results:
Record fails with error 'Error Message : Error fetching record :["Cannot find object to read"]' but no failure email gets triggered.
Expected Results:
If the record is failing, the failure email has to be triggered.

DE171423 fixed in ConnectALL 3.9.0
