Read and Write of Data in OSE buckets are failing

Issue/Introduction

• Tenants are unable to read or write files into VMware Cloud Director Object Storage Extension (OSE) buckets.
• When trying to upload files to an OSE bucket the task  fails with the error:
  
  {########-####-####-########1314] Unable to execute HTTP request: Read timed out

• In /opt/vmware/voss/support/ose-default.log file the below entry is present:
  
  DATE TIME [XNIO-2 task-27] ERROR c.vmware.voss.resource.ResourceBase - Request ########-####-####-########1314 has failed.

• When trying to access the buckets form the tenant UI, the page keeps loading.
• When trying to upload a file to the bucket from the storage console it fails with an error.

VMware Cloud Director Object Storage Extension 3.0
VMware Cloud Director 10.5.1

Cause

There is an issue with the underlying storage platform.

Resolution

Contact the storage vendor to fix the issue with the storage platform.
